The tea blends in this sampler are:
Goddess Blend 1 oz. Ingredients: chamomile, red raspberry leaf, hibiscus flowers, rose petals, dried orange peel
 
Immuni-C Blend 1 oz. Ingredients: oat straw, echinacea purpurea, elder berries, rose hips, astragalus root, ginger root
 
Peppermint Zinger 1 oz. Ingredients: peppermint leaf, nettle leaf, lemon balm, calendula whole, lemon peel dried.
 
Sunshine Blend 1 oz.
Ingredients: Oat straw, lemon balm, rose hips, lavender flowers, dried orange peel
 
Net wt. pkg contains approx. 4 - 4.5oz.
 
Brewing instructions: pour 8 oz. of boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea. Streep 4-5 minutes. Add 2 oz. of hot milk (or any dairy substitute) and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. 
 
These items were prepared in a kitchen where other food items such as milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish have been prepared.
